Click&Switch removes the hassle of contacting all of your existing billers and depositors when you create a new checking or savings account with Credit Union West. To move these automatic payments, access Click&Switch in Mobile and Online Baking to start a 'Switch.' Input your payment and direct deposit information into our secure system and we’ll do the rest.
To monitor the progress of your switch, view the “Status” column on your Click&Switch Dashboard in Mobile and Online Banking.
Getting started with Click&Switch is easy! You’ll need your activation or SwitchTRACK code provided to you during account opening. Follow the instructions on your Welcome email or Welcome letter to get started.
You can also access Click&Switch in Mobile and Online Banking by selecting Click&Switch in the 'Transfer & Pay' menu.
You’ll need to gather all of your automated payments and direct deposit information to get your switches started. A previous statement is a great source for information for automated payments and direct deposits tied to an account.
Timing for each switch can vary depending on the type of payment or deposit, the biller or depositor and the method needed to switch the payment or deposit.
Once a Switch request is received from us, automatic payment and direct deposit typically take 5-15 business days to show up in your new account. Since the timeframe depends on the company receiving our request, it’s always a good idea to review your Switch status page and to continue monitoring your accounts for the most current information.
